Self: Weekends - Defeating Boredom

Posted on Mar 17, 2012

When I'm completely and utterly bored and not even the Sims 3, movies or blogging can keep me sane, I go to the library. I honestly love reading book and I've found a new love for it again. I stopped reading for about 6 months and now I'm actually excited to read. It gives me a chance to just relax without thinking too much.

Aside from books here's my weekend outfit. Like I said before, when I'm lounging around,  I always wear something super comfortable. Since my hair was all in twisties I threw on a top, high waist shorts, this beanie and big earrings. Big earrings to me, are crucial to wear with beanies lol.

P.S. Does anybody else go on goodreads?? It's like book reader heaven. It gives you personal recommendations based on what you've read and let's say you wanted to read 100 books this year, it'll track them for you. Love!
  1. I love reading, I am reading a book at the moment called Slouching towards Bethlehem (I'm also a Sims 3 addict too but I go through phases with it). I may have to check goodreads out and give it a try. Thank you for the recommendation, I've been looking for something just like that!!

  5. I love spending my spare time reading, I'm re-reading all Meg Cabots teen fiction again from when I was about eleven, still loving it second time around. Gorgeous shorts (:

  7. Cute outfit! And I actually use Goodreads too, though I've had too much homework lately to spare some time for reading.
