Happy 4th! I don't think I'm doing anything besides watching fireworks tonight so I decided to post two outfits this morning. I had to do them quickly because it looks like it's going to rain all day. Both looks are casual and I was originally going to wear the second outfit out...but I love a nice jean and a loose top. Sometimes a simple tee makes me feel more confident than a pair of thrifted shorts :).

So after my lazy butt finished all of my exams, my mom ended up leaving for the weekend so Alex and I celebrated the end of the semester woohoo! I was supposed to take photos this whole weekend but I was given more hours and participated in a parade so I didn't get a chance to. Originally for this outfit I was wearing this hi-low dress and the sweater. So when my mom came home and I asked if she could take photos for me, she was like "In that outfit?...No". Lol she didn't like the dress but I liked the color so I threw this maxi skirt on over it! It's the first time I've worn it and it's a little big around the waist but I thought the outfit looked nice! Ah now I need to buy a salmon colored top. :)

Hey everyone! Today I went to a work meeting and I'm about to start studying for my exams. I have 3 essays and two exams to study for ahh! Anyway this is part two of the Rule of Threee cardigan posts! This is also a casual outfit but it's more for an evening out.

Hey everyone! Today I'm introducing this cardigan from Rule of Threee. This is the first outfit of three that I'll be doing! Makes sense right? Rule of Threee strives to offer clothing that us girls can wear in multiple ways so I decided to try and post more than one outfit. This cardigan is the most colorful item I own and so I wore a classic white top and jean combo! Anytime I get a colorful item I always try to play with neutrals before I wear it any other way. Added some gold accessories and black accents and I thought it pulled all of the colors together nicely. This is definately a comfort look for school or shopping and I think I did both in this outfit lol. 

Back to school after this awesome 5 day break! It's crunch time until the end of the semester after that! I hope you guys are having a good Sunday :)

Hey guys this is my last and final Christmas outfit! I wore this the day after Christmas for Alex so we could exchange gifts and have our own Christmas. Well he loved the bustier and I was happy! The wind was ridiculous while I took photos though so I actually wore this out in a bun. So if you were wondering why my hands were all in my hair that was why. 

Lazy day for me today! I'm about to take a nap and read some Harry Potter since I was up until 4 last night 0__0. Have a good day guys! :)

Hey guys, this is look number 2! I wore this on Christmas day (and added shoes for photos). Little Christmas bell earrings and gold accents and I felt 100% festive. At times like this I wish I had a Christmas sweater but I figured red would just have to do! This was just a pretty standard red, green and gold opening presents and eating tons of food type of ensemble :). Hmm and of course Daisy was my baby this Christmas, I'm so grateful for her. Anywhoo I can't think of anything else to say because this outfit is just so simple! But I had a lovely Christmas

Hello lovlies! So I'll be posting 3 looks of my Christmas outfits and this was the first one! I wore this on Christmas Eve before my Aunt and Uncle stopped by for a quick visit. This day was basically a lazy one filled with cooking and tidying up the house for Christmas morning! I hardly wear dresses as you guys might have noticed and I figured plaid was just the right amount of red for an "almost" Christmas day. Jeez how many more times can I say Christmas lol.

I tried a new hairstyle as well. The front of my hair lost alll of the curl and turned into an afro so I pulled them off of my face and it turned out quite well I think! Also my poor tights ripped but I refuse to get rid of them because they're the only polka tights I have. More to come soon! Either tomorrow or the day after! I don't like to post every single day. :)

So now that I'm back from vacation, I'm back to blogging! I took a bit of a longer break than I expected but I'm back. I bought this shirt from Forever 21 and I just love the color. I've always been a fan of burnt orange so naturally I love this top. I went a bit overboard and styled it with two different outfits with a slouchy bun. I'm a bigger fan of the printed shorts than that white skirt but that's probably because I love shorts. It was one of those days where I changed my outfit twice.

Anywhoo yesterday was pretty fun, I went to Blue Springs with some friends and now some laundry is calling my attention. There's about three piles of clothes in my room that I've ignored since I've been back haha. Hopefully I'll go back out again this weekend with it all clean. Hope you guys have a great weekend!
